GBV Prevention & Confidential Referrals

Survivor-centred, confidential referral pathways that connect women, girls and at-risk community members to the specialised services they need.

  • We do not provide case management ourselves; we offer confidential, survivor-centred referrals to health, legal, psychosocial and protection partners.
  • Community peace committees and women's and men's dialogue groups that challenge the norms behind gender-based violence.
  • Trained community responders on call in every neighborhood of Kakuma and Kalobeyei.
If you live in the camp
  • Walk-in safe space, Village 2, Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00
  • Support in Swahili, Somali, Juba Arabic and English
Field voice

“Our work in the community, seen through the voices of those who live it.”

Sikika documented a Bright Future For All community session on GBV prevention and safe neighborhoods. Community members share what our work means to them and call for lasting safety and respect.
